As we close out 2025, the Technical Secretariat extends its sincere thanks to all members and allies of the Global Alliance for Care for your continued support, dedication, and valuable contributions toward collectively advancing a transformative vision of care.
This year marked important milestones for the Alliance. We convened our first hybrid General Assembly, approved the 2025–2027 Work Plan, and organized Care Pavilions in Seville, Mexico City, and Belém do Pará.
2025 was also a significant year for advancing the global care agenda. Key international frameworks, from the Seville Commitment to the Doha Political Declaration. included references to investing in the care economy and implementing care policies. To mark these achievements, we are pleased to share a graphic highlighting the main milestones of the care agenda and of the Alliance in 2025.
