Building evidence for policy action on the care economy
The Global Alliance for Care will participate in "Building evidence for policy action on the care economy", a side event in the framework of #UNGA78. The discussion will address what is needed for systems-level change in care policy at global, regional, and national levels.
Specialists from around the world will discuss what is needed for a systems-level change in care policy globally, regionally, and nationally, including data. Convening civil society, multilaterals, and governments, this event will provide a critical platform to discuss the importance of investing in care and provide high-level political guidance, around the discussions at the #UNGA78, on transformative and accelerated actions as we approach the 2030 deadline for achieving the SDGs.
