The General Conference of the International Labour Organization, meeting in Geneva at its 112th Session in 2024, having held a general discussion on decent work and the care economy, and having due regard to the Declaration of Philadelphia, 1944, and the ILO Centenary Declaration for the Future of Work, 2019, in order to make decent work in the care economy a reality, adopts the following conclusions contained in the document below.
