The virtual webinar was held during the 79th regular session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA79) and the Summit of the Future, which showcased the applications and country findings of a UN Women-ILO policy tool for estimating the social and economic returns of investing in care services. Additionally, findings and insights from the Asia and Pacific Region on producing and using comprehensive data as pathways to action for caring economies were shared.

Co-convened by UN Women, the International Labour Organization (ILO) with the support of the Global Alliance for Care.
