Follow Meseret Tamru, a garment factory worker in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, whose return to work after becoming a parent was made possible through her employer’s childcare facilities. This project, supported by the ILO's project “Promoting Workers’ Rights and Gender Equality in Africa”, funded by the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, highlights the transformative effect of workplace childcare on workers’ lives.
