An updated labor policy that establishes the basic principles for promoting and creating a culture of workplace equality and non-discrimination at the CISS, thereby ensuring equal opportunities for every member of the staff or anyone hired by the CISS to provide services.
It also aims to help guarantee the human right to care for all CISS workers, in conjunction with the right to employment, by establishing co-responsability benefits that contribute to the recognition, redistribution, and reduction of care work in both the workplace and the family.
