Women and girls in public spaces

Women and girls in public spaces
Gender Keys 02
Metropolis
English

In the first issue of Gender Keys, we learned that urban spaces are not the same for men and women. Women do not live them, nor do they feel them, nor do they enjoy them in the same way. The reason is gender inequalities that translate into a male public space, in which women, as well as vulnerable groups due to sex,
ethnicity, disability or age, are excluded.
