The Conference discussed findings of the ILO report 2022 “Care at Work: Investing in Care Leave Policies and Care Services for a More Gender-Equal World of Work. ILO called for the urgent investment in ECCE as this would support a more gender-equal world of work, generate several job opportunities, increase women’s job opportunities and contribute to professionalizing this sector.
