This document provides a research and systematization of various experiences in childcare centers for children aged 45 days to 5 years in companies, consortiums of companies, chambers of interest, and other private sector organizations, both nationally and regionally. It presents an analysis of the characteristics of these spaces, the types of projects they propose, how they integrate with the world of work, and the management and sustainability models of these spaces. The document also includes a roadmap for the design and implementation of childcare spaces in companies.
