This document addresses the situation of two occupations that present extreme contrasts regarding the care of children in Argentina: teaching in early childhood and primary education, and domestic work in private homes. For these two cases, a characterization and analysis of the regulatory framework that governs the activities, as well as their labor and socio-economic conditions, are carried out, providing elements to evaluate the guarantee of the right to care in the dimension of the working conditions of those who perform it.
