This research addresses from a feminist perspective and with a human rights approach, the provision of care offered by the Mexican State in the country, identifying the economic and budgetary bases of the co-responsibility of the State in care work, expressed in the institutions and public services to which women and the population in general can access and obtain care services, with the objective of advancing in the development of public policy proposals that contribute to the reduction of the burden of care work that women have.
