The Framework Document on Care summarised here aims to be a reference text for establishing the pillars of a society based on the organisation of care, that puts people at the centre, as well as to inspire a Public State Care System. Its perspective is aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the European Care Strategy, both of which to improve the life prospects of people and the planet as a whole.
