An inclusive, participatory and egalitarian society will only be achieved if the policies to promote it synergistically andcreatively relate the transformative realities and potentialities of ICTs and technological change with other resources essential to achieving social, climate and gender justice. Among them: the economic autonomy of women in all theirdiversity, access to social protection, the expansion of opportunities, the reconstruction of the social organization of care, the eradication of violence against women and children in all its forms, the full recognition of sexual and reproductive rights, political participation and decision-making, the safety of human rights activists, knowledge ofrights and the exercise of citizenship in the "analogue" world.
