The present report, submitted pursuant to Human Rights Council resolution 49/12,examines good practices of support systems enabling community inclusion of persons withdisabilities.The report, which expands on the previous report mandated by the Council inresolution 49/12, provides examples of good practices for gender-responsive anddisability-inclusive support and care systems and identifies key policy areas enabling personswith disabilities to live independently in their communities.
