This research would not have been completed without the perseverance and dedication of those who participated in the collection and validation of the data as well as in the preparation of the report. Undertaking a study amidst the mobility restrictions due to COVID-19 was indeed challenging. The research team had to creatively and patiently use various digital and face-to-face communication methods in the conduct of the survey in various Philippine regions.
