Second call of the Care Economy Public Policy Innovations
The second call of the Care Economy Public Policy Innovations Collaborative Action-Research Fund Latin America and the Caribbean has been announced. This initiative seeks to promote innovative projects in the field of care.

We are thrilled to announce the second call of the Care Economy Public Policy Innovations Collaborative Action-Research Fund Latin America and the Caribbean. This initiative, led by GRADE with the collaboration of the Global Alliance for Care and IDRC, seeks to to promote innovative projects in the field of care.
The Fund will provide up to 100,000 USD to support four to six projects that promote innovations in public policies related to care. The projects must be completed within 18 months and use action-research approaches with a transformative gender perspective.

Applications must complete the call annex forms, detailing the project description, research questions, planned activities, methodology, ethical standards, expected results and expected impact of the project. In addition, monitoring plans, a description of the collaboration or partnership between the research team and the institution implementing the policy (additional points will be given to those who are members of civil society organizations, such as feminist, women's, caregivers' or care workers' unions), project risks and mitigation strategies, as well as the work plan and budget should be included.
