Sur Futuro is a nonprofit organization that promotes access to decent and resilient jobs in the face of technological, climate, and demographic transitions. Its work brings together evidence, policy, and key stakeholders to drive systemic and sustainable change.
The organization focuses on three main areas: evidence generation, technical cooperation with governments, and multi-stakeholder collaboration. It operates in more than 12 countries across Latin America, works with over 50 partner organizations, and serves as the Latin American hub of FutureWORKS.
The care agenda is one of Sur Futuro’s strategic priorities. The organization generates evidence, strengthens capacities, and advances policy advocacy to integrate care perspectives into employment, social protection, and climate adaptation agendas, promoting more equitable and sustainable responses across Latin America.
