Fundación FLOR is a network that promotes the development and transformation of responsible leaders with the aim of building more sustainable, diverse, inclusive, and equitable organizations.
Throughout our history, we have reached more than 3,000 people through our training programs and collaborated with over 200 organizations in implementing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) policies and practices.
We adopt a comprehensive approach to social transformation through four interconnected program areas: Financial Inclusion; Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI); Entrepreneurship; and Corporate Governance and Sustainability. Although each area includes specific activities, they complement and strengthen one another to achieve greater impact.
To implement these areas of work, the Foundation follows two main strategies: strengthening people’s capacities and supporting organizations in their transformation processes.
