The civil association Fuerza de Mujeres de Participación Inclusiva
The civil association Fuerza de Mujeres de Participación Inclusiva, affiliated with the Women’s Committee of Fuerza Sindical Argentina, works to strengthen women’s participation and representation in the labor movement by promoting gender equality and the democratization of labor organizations.
Among its initiatives are the promotion of gender parity as a strategy for union democratization, as well as opportunities for participation and training aimed at strengthening women’s leadership. From this perspective, it helps shed light on the inequalities women face in the workplace and within unions and promotes more inclusive organizations.
