In the area of care, Includovate researches unpaid care work and its impact on women, including those with disabilities. Its research analyzes how the unequal distribution of domestic and caregiving tasks limits opportunities for education, employment, and personal development, and explores strategies to recognize and redistribute care work, as well as to transform the social norms that assign it primarily to women.
