Social anthropologist and journalist with over 30 years of experience in public policy and international projects. Her expertise includes defining and implementing collaboration platforms and alliances, facilitating intergovernmental processes, and designing multi-stakeholder strategies for sustainable development.

She was the coordinator of the United Nations Conference on Housing and Sustainable Urban Development (Habitat III), coordinator of the UN-Habitat World Urban Forum from 2012 to 2018, and director of the UN-Habitat office for Brunei-Darussalam, Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand. Her career includes various roles in the Barcelona City Council, the Ministry of Industry, Tourism and Trade, and the Ministry of Economy and Finance of the Government of Spain.
